1.) How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments from all major Credit Card companies (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or regular bank account payments), including PayPal.

2.) When Will My Order be shipped?

Products that are in stock will be processed and shipped within 3-4 business days.

3.) What if I ordered a product out of stock? 

Our products can sell out in a matter of time and we may not be able to restock them.  However, if there is a particular product that you are interested in, please email us at contactlmazglam@gmail.com with the product or products so that you can be placed on an email notification list. When and if the particular product is available, we will be sure to notify you.

4.) Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! Shipping costs are calculated before your purchase.

5.) Do you offer local delivery?

No.  Unfortunately we do not offer local delivery services.

6.) How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Depending on your location, shipping within the US can take approximately 3-4 business days. International can take approximately 7-10 business days, however this varies from country to country based on your respective Customs department.

7.) Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Yes! You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number approximately 1-2 business days after your order has been placed. (Note): Please be sure to check your spam folder for emails.

8.) What is your return policy?

Unfortunately we do not accept returns unless product is damaged or you received the wrong product.  If you need to return a product, please email us at contactlmazglam@gmail.com and we will be more gladly to do our best to make the return process as smooth as possible.
